If you’ve ever planned a trip with others, this might feel familiar.
My partner and I love to travel. Planning trips together feels exciting until the logistics begin. Flight tickets live in email, hotel bookings sit on WhatsApp, itineraries stay in notes, and important details scatter across screenshots and multiple apps. Every trip creates unnecessary searching, forwarding, and reconfirming. There is no single place to compile everything tickets, stays, plans, and documents especially when traveling together.
This recurring frustration sparks the idea for Togetra.
Togetra comes from “Together + Travel”, representing a shared space where group travel feels simple, connected, and organized. The goal is not to build another booking app, but to solve the coordination gap that exists after bookings are already done.
My thinking focuses on three human needs:
clarity, shared ownership, and peace of mind. When everyone sees the same plan, accesses the same documents, and stays aligned, travel becomes lighter and more enjoyable.
Togetra enables travelers to collect tickets, hotel bookings, itineraries, and notes in one collaborative space. Groups assign responsibilities, track plans, and avoid last-minute confusion without jumping between multiple apps.
This concept demonstrates the journey from personal problem discovery to pain-point mapping, feature ideation, and product analysis. It shows how everyday friction reveals meaningful product opportunities when approached with empathy and structured thinking.
Togetra reflects my belief that good design reduces mental load allowing people to focus less on coordination and more on experiences.
